The forme will cut a  rectangular box designed to be glued and be made from folding box board. The die-cut has a slit lock lid and a crash bottom.

The form is made to industrial specifications from 18mm laser plywood.

The assembled box measures 112 x 80 x 52 and could be used for many products.

The box was designed to accommodate hotel toiletries but has many uses including small food products such as small biscuits and chocolates.

Using the forme students can learn about die-cutting and creasing, materials, and how glue works. There is also an opportunity to learn about two types of box closure.

The forme is designed to be used on an Ellison Prestige Pro Die-cutting machine and is NOT recommended  for use on any roller machine.

All formes are tested in our workshop before dispatch and the sample filed with your completed order.
