The forme will cut a  rectangular box designed to be glued and be made from folding box board. The die-cut has a flap containing the Euro slot which may be used to hang the product or it may be removed to create a traditional box with a crash bottom and slit lock lid. The package was designed to be a starting point for the Product Design Hobby Kit CAT and the Graphic Products architectural Model kit.

The form is made to industrial specifications from 18mm laser plywood.

The assembled box measures     x    x    and could be used for many products. When assembled and locked it measures    mm high including the Euro flap.

Using the forme students can learn about die-cutting and creasing, materials, and how glue works. There is also an opportunity to learn about two types of box closure.

The forme is designed to be used on an Ellison Prestige Pro Die-cutting machine and is NOT recommended  for use on any roller machine.

All formes are tested in our workshop before dispatch and the sample filed with your completed order.
