How to order
The most efficient way to place an order is online. Our website displays current prices and allows you to select your country in order to see delivery costs. We use PayPal to process payments. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay by debit or credit card without the need to open an account. Payments are handled securely on our behalf by PayPal and we do not take or store your card details on our website. If you require any assistance during the ordering process then please do not hesitate to contact us.
VAT (sales tax)
The prices displayed on our website include VAT. If you are ordering from within the UK or EU then VAT at the UK's rate of 20% will be added to the total amount shown during the check-out process. If you are a VAT-registered EU business then please contact us to order without us charging you VAT.
We aim to process all orders within 1 - 5 working days (Excluding weekends, bank holidays and National holidays) where products are in stock. If you order a product that is not in stock we will contact you by email to advise you of an approximate delivery date.
We can send orders by several methods depending on your location. Once you have added products to your shopping cart you can select your country in order to see available shipping methods and prices.

Returns & Exchanges policy

You may return your goods any time for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a no quibble refund of the full purchase price.
If you would like to make use of our 7 day refund policy, or if you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have.
If the items are to be returned then please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange goods or a refund or a credit. Please note however, that when sending a return, the parcel is YOUR responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
We do not cover the costs of your return items unless by prior arrangement.
If returning unopened, unwanted items for a refund, we do not refund original shipping costs.
Should you be returning items from an industry or education establishment as a result of an error on your behalf, a 20% handling charge (minimum charge £2.00) will be levied against the credit raised on your account
