Lymn Bank Farm is a family run business and we pride ourselves in handcrafting quality cheeses. We understand that to create a new cheese takes time and patience, sometimes taking 2 years of nurturing to develop. This highlights our dedication to detail which ensures their unique textures and tastes.
We have three ranges; Lymn Bank Barrels, Nibble Nose and our Artisan cheeses. We also have a cheese supporting the restoration of a Lancaster Bomber and a selection of handmade chutneys that compliments all our cheeses.
By involving our potential customers in taste testing has allowed us to recognise that today’s palates lean more towards smoother textures and creamer tastes. This has meant that over the last 13 years we have never compromised on the quality of our products and only release a cheese when we know it is the best it can be.
